Domino’s pizza, what comes in your mind whenever you think about domino’s or when you hear this name every time, Obviously “ Pizza ”. One of the world's biggest chain which has history of Pizza success. So thought of writing one more page in the book of success stories of domino’s.
How it all started
As it was an immediate plan so we(my friends) all thought of having some pizza and sides. When it comes to pizza and sides what could better than having them from dominos. So we planned to visit the nearest one in electronic city. As we heard some bad review about this dominos franchise still we thought of taking a risk as it was nearest to our place and we also heard that “This dominos don’t have a good service especially during buy one get one offer ”, its sitting area is fully packed and pizzas are not properly baked. Since it was a normal weekday and luckily no offer was going on so we choose to go there.
What we had there
As I already arranged a Rs 200 E-Voucher from dominos online survey so thought of having regular pizzas thus ordered Deluxe Veggie with coke. Despite of having not much people in the restaurant our order took a little longer than what we were told, but once we received our order we forgot the delay.The pizza was crispy and hot. Despite of not ordering any addon with the pizza , the pizza was heavily crafted with paneer and capsicum. Being a thin crust lover, I found their pizza bases a little doughy, but still it was amazing.
Once we were done with the pizza we ordered for some sides( calzone pocket ). But all our expectation got shattered when the pockets came. It also came with some delay but the worst thing was, it was damn oily. It took me three napkins to absorb all oil and than start to eat. Overall I was not happy with the food preparation and food quality.
Ambiance and Location
Located near to big multinationals, you will find many table occupied by work groups. Ambiance is quite fine but cleaning staff is bit lazy as table which were already vacated were not cleaned and box and coke bottles were lying. If you are planning to go by car please cancel your plan as you will not find any parking space there.
Staff and Service
Staff is also lazy, you have to go to the counter again and again to ask for your order as no one will come to tell you that your order is prepared and lying. Cleanliness is also an issue if you are planning to go on “Buy one get one” (BOGO) offer day.
